Photo Re-touch –(Requires Photoshop) $325
A course developed for photographers and make up artists to offer as an extra service for their clients or enhance/correct minor/major flaws for print and web media. Blemishes, fine lines and wrinkles, adjusting figure, even skin tone and correction, cropping and framing photos, basic background manipulation, highlight and contrast, proper color replacement, as well as industry standard size specifications for normal print and web.
Photography - Photography fundamentals and lighting techniques $400
Because your eyes constantly make everything APPEAR normal you now need to learn how the film and lenses record light, scenes and color and then, how it renders those factors on film and print. Few of us realize how powerful the mind is in blocking out what we don’t want to see AND how well it can correct bad lighting. This course will teach you the foundation and fundamentals of photography, equipment and lighting.

Interact with your instructor and other students in a virtual classroom environment. Most assignments require multiple choice answers, however others will require that you upload your application images taken by you from your digital camera to the class area. Grading will be determined by course content knowledge and instructor critique on uploaded assignments. The optional business add-on package does not require testing, this is a service offered by Olive Artistry to assist our students in developing a successful business.
